Description
Gratitude and especially practicing it are some of the most important things that Andreea learned in India. Often we are too concerned with analyzing what is not going well in our lives, that we forget to enjoy what is beautiful and good. We focus so much attention on what we don't have, that the rest doesn't even matter anymore. It is enough for us not to like one thing, and that thing cancels everything. After much practice, gratitude can become a habit that helps us enjoy each day, no matter how gray it is. Ideally, you should write down at least three things for which you are grateful every day, whether it is a completed project, a smile or the fact that your loved ones are healthy.
We suggest you do an exercise in which you say thank you and express your gratitude for the things you received. Take five minutes in which no one bothers you, close your eyes and say thank you. Then analyze what is happening inside you. You will like it.
