Delivery in Romania via Sameday

Shipping cost is 28 lei, anywhere in Romania. If you choose to pay by card, the shipping cost will be reduced from 28 lei to 14 lei.

 

 

In-store pickup

If you have placed an online order for in-store pickup, you can pick it up within a maximum of 5 days after receiving the email notification that it is ready. After 5 days, any uncollected order will be cancelled.

The Andreea Raicu Showroom is located at Paris street, no. 7A. No appointment is needed to pick up your order. You can do so anytime during opening hours.

Showroom Hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00 - 19:00

                                      Saturday: 11:00 - 16:00

                                      Sunday: Closed

Delivery in the European Union and non-EU countries via DHL

The shipping cost will be calculated based on the package weight and its destination.

For orders placed from the Republic of Moldova, customs duties will be calculated separately.

 

 

Delivery time

The delivery time for any order is 3-4 working days from the order date for orders delivered via Sameday, within Romania, subject to stock availability.

The delivery time for DHL orders is 5-7 working days, subject to stock availability. 

Pre-order products are an exception, and will be delivered starting from the date displayed on the product page.
