How do I choose the right size?
Each Amalin piece is designed to naturally follow the body's lines, and the cut may vary slightly from one model to another. If you are between two sizes or have doubts, you can call or write to us, and we will gladly guide you.
Delivery, return, or size exchange
If the product doesn't fit you perfectly, you can return or exchange it according to our return policy. For any questions regarding your order, the Amalin team is at your disposal.
Can I visit the Amalin store?
Yes, we look forward to welcoming you to our showroom in Bucharest, Strada Paris 7A, without an appointment, during working hours.

Do you offer personalized consultations?
Yes. If you need help choosing a piece or putting together an outfit for a specific occasion, the Amalin team is here for you.
Can I pick up my order from the store?
Yes! Get rid of the transport fee by ticking the store pick-up option at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready and you have 5 days to pick it up. We recommend this option, especially if you are not sure of the size of the ordered product. That way you will be able to try it and go home with the perfect option for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as installment payments without interest through shopping cards issued by: Banca Transilvania, BCR, ING, Credit Europe Bank, Garanti BBVA, and Alpha Bank.
